This is the story of Kody and Moosie. My husband and I adopted Kody (German Shep/Chow mix) about 3 years ago. When we brought him back a couple of months later for neutering, we spotted Moosie (terrier mix). When we heard the story of how he'd been found alone out in the middle of nowhere and had been living on leaves and grass, we knew we just had to bring him home and since we thought Kody needed a playmate, we adopted him too.

They have both been wonderful additions to the family and grew to be beautiful, friendly, loving dogs. Unfortunately, Kody went into massive seizures this last winter and passed away after only 3 years with us. He is much missed, but we are glad he was with us for the short time we had him.

Moosie continues to bring joy to our lives. He loves to go on walks with me and will lie on the couch with his big old head in our laps as often as he can.
